YOUR TASKS

• You are responsible for creating, preparing, and interpreting monthly reports on the usage behavior of the PAYBACK program
• You present these reports with your insights and recommendations for action in internal decision-making bodies
• You commission data-analytical deep dives on specific and strategic questions about the PAYBACK program and evaluate the results
• You work closely with internal interfaces such as Data Analytics, Multi-Channel Couponing, Mobile Innovation, and Partner Management
• You provide data-driven advice to internal departments on strategic developments
• You support the management of PAYBACK partner committees with scheduling and meeting organization, preparation of presentation materials, and quality assurance

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in economics, (business) informatics, or a comparable field of study
• You have initial work experience or have completed internships or training in marketing, market research, data analytics, or controlling
• You have a hands-on mentality, a strong service orientation, and presentation skills
• You have a strong understanding of numbers and very good analytical skills
• You can juggle numbers in Excel, visualize them, and present your findings in PowerPoint
• You are characterized by organizational skills and assertiveness as well as a structured way of working
• You work independently and are also an engaged team player
• You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
