YOUR TASKS

• Together with the team, you manage the digital communication and promotion of the PAYBACK gaming world, especially on internal marketing channels
• You take care of expanding performance-driven measures to increase reach, as well as further developing the CRM communication strategy to optimize usage
• You evaluate measures and creatives based on common performance KPIs and optimize them
• You contribute to the further development of services in the (mobile) gaming area
• You actively promote the exchange with other PAYBACK markets regarding the promotion of the offer

YOUR PROFILE

• Initial experience in performance marketing – ideally in the area of app performance (mobile user acquisition and retention, fraud prevention, etc.)
• Completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on business administration, marketing, data analysis, or a comparable professional qualification
• Very good Excel skills and proficiency in using analysis tools
• Very good German and English skills, as you will work about 50% in English
• Experience in the (mobile) gaming area is an advantage
