What this role is about
As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you are the primary point of contact for your PAYBACK partner portfolio within the Banking & Insurance sector, managing a wide range of requirements in a dynamic online and offline market environment. From everyday operational challenges to complex strategic questions, your analytical marketing and sales expertise is key to delivering successful solutions.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Strategic Collaboration:
You support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for our banking and insurance partners. This includes budget management, coordination, reporting, and billing activities. - Campaign Development:
Together with your stakeholders, you develop creative concepts and targeted campaigns (digital and offline) focused on customer acquisition and customer development. You leverage data-driven analyses and reports to create tailored solutions for our partners. - Project Coordination:
You coordinate partner-specific projects and work closely with internal teams across Marketing, Customer Insights, and Operations to ensure successful implementation. - Workshops and Facilitation:
You organize and lead workshops with internal stakeholders and partners, ensuring effective communication and productive knowledge sharing. - Quality Management:
You continuously optimize processes and contribute to successful outcomes through a professional approach and a strong focus on quality.
This role is a great fit for you if...
- You have gained initial experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or a comparable role.
- You hold a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or have completed a comparable professional qualification.
- You are data-driven and possess strong analytical skills. You are able to quickly understand complex topics, evaluate them, and derive actionable recommendations.
- You are an excellent communicator, both in direct client interactions and in collaboration with internal teams. You always keep the customer perspective in mind and have a strong service-oriented mindset.
- You bring a healthy sense of humor and a positive attitude, while maintaining composure even in challenging situations.
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of English, both written and spoken.
