Contract type: Permanent, full-time (40h/week), part-time option available upon agreement, starting as soon as possible
About the role
As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you are the main point of contact for an Austrian PAYBACK partner with a wide range of requirements in a dynamic market environment. From day-to-day operational challenges to complex strategic questions, you will apply your analytical marketing and sales expertise.
Your day-to-day work
- You support and advise a PAYBACK partner in their daily business and ensure smooth collaboration to maintain and grow the existing business relationship
- You act as the central interface (“one-stop shop”) for your partner and coordinate all relevant internal stakeholders (e.g. IT, Marketing, Operations, Customer Insights)
- You manage the operational execution of campaigns and projects with a technical focus – from alignment and implementation through to reporting
- You identify operational optimization opportunities based on data and derive concrete improvement measures
- You prepare regular reports, analyses, and performance evaluations
- You are responsible for budget tracking, forecast updates, and accurate billing of implemented measures
You’re a great fit for this role if you…
- Hold a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Have experience in key account management or project management, ideally working with clients in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, consulting, or complex service sales
- Are experienced in independently managing campaigns, CRM/marketing initiatives, and cross-functional projects
- Have a strong affinity for numbers and KPIs and enjoy working analytically and in a structured way
- Always act in a customer-oriented manner and have strong communication skills
- Are willing to travel occasionally, primarily within Austria and Germany
- Are fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
