What this role is about
As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you are the primary point of contact for your PAYBACK partner portfolio within the Travel segment, managing a wide range of requirements in a dynamic online market environment. From day-to-day operational challenges to complex strategic questions, your analytical marketing and sales expertise will help drive success and create value for our partners.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- You manage and advise PAYBACK online partners within the Mobility & Travel segment.
- You develop digital marketing campaigns and innovative sales approaches to support both existing customer growth and new business acquisition.
- You define relevant KPIs to ensure efficient budget allocation and continuously optimize all marketing and sales activities.
- You work closely with colleagues from Online Marketing, Offline Marketing, Customer Insights, and Process Management.
- You take ownership of budgets and forecasts.
This role is a great fit for you if...
- You have several years of experience in digital performance marketing and media planning.
- You have gained experience in Key Account Management, for example within an agency environment.
- You hold a degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- You know the complexities and challenges of the German and international travel industry inside out.
- You are a strong communicator, able to work with a wide range of stakeholders, think customer-first, and enjoy working independently with a results-oriented mindset.
- You are data-driven, possess strong analytical skills, and can translate complex insights into effective actions.
- You are confident delivering presentations and conducting negotiations in both German and English.
