What this role is about
As a Key Account Manager – eCommerce (m/f/x), you will manage and advise a diverse PAYBACK partner portfolio with a wide range of requirements in a highly dynamic market environment. From day-to-day operational challenges to complex strategic questions – your analytical marketing and sales expertise will be key.
Your day-to-day work
- You manage and consult PAYBACK online partners in the eCommerce sector
- You design digital marketing campaigns and develop innovative sales approaches to acquire new customers and grow existing ones
- You take ownership of budgets and forecasts, define relevant KPIs to ensure efficient budget allocation, and continuously optimize performance across all marketing activities
- You work closely with colleagues from online/offline marketing, customer insights, and process management
- You identify growth potential through market, industry, and company analyses and drive implementation together with your partners
This role is a great fit if you…
- have several years of experience in digital performance marketing and media planning
- have gained experience in key account management, ideally in an eCommerce environment
- are confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, think customer-centric, and enjoy working in a results-driven and proactive way
- are comfortable working with numbers, have strong analytical skills, and can translate complex topics into actionable measures
- are confident in presentations and negotiations (both in German and English)
