As a Key Account Manager – eCommerce (m/f/d), you manage and advise a diverse PAYBACK partner portfolio with its extensive requirements in an extremely dynamic market environment. From day-to-day operational challenges to complex strategic questions, your analytical marketing and sales expertise is required.


YOUR TASKS

  • You manage and advise PAYBACK online partners from the eCommerce segment
  • You design digital marketing campaigns as well as innovative sales approaches for acquiring new customers and developing existing customers
  • You have budget and forecast responsibility, define relevant KPIs for efficient budget allocation, and manage performance through the continuous development of all marketing measures
  • You work closely with colleagues from online/offline marketing, customer insights, and process management
  • You identify potential based on market, industry, and company analyses in order to realize it together with your partners


YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree in marketing, business administration, or a comparable vocational qualification in the field of eCommerce
  • You have gained several years of professional experience in digital performance marketing and media planning and also have experience in key account management, particularly in digital sales
  • You are characterized by strong communication skills, customer orientation, and an independent, results-oriented way of working
  • You have strong analytical thinking skills, an affinity for numbers, and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues and translate them into appropriate measures
  • You have a confident demeanor in presentations and negotiations, as well as fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
