YOUR TASKS

• You are the contact person for legal questions in contract law, data protection, e-commerce, and competition law
• You support business units in all matters related to contract drafting, review, and negotiation with partners and service providers in the areas of loyalty, marketing, and digital services
• You work closely with internal teams and external advisors and support the assessment and mitigation of legal risks
• You monitor national and international legal developments and, together with the business units, ensure consistent implementation within the PAYBACK Group
• You contribute to cross-functional projects and support the practical implementation of legal requirements
• You help business units achieve their operational and strategic goals in a legally compliant way

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed a law degree (Magister/Magistra iuris or comparable)
• You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, ideally with a focus on e-commerce, competition law, and data protection
• You are interested in digital business models, data, and the use of AI
• You work in a structured, independent manner and maintain an overview even in complex situations
• You have a good sense for pragmatic solutions and can communicate legal topics in an understandable way
• You enjoy working on new topics and taking on responsibility
• Very good German and business-fluent English skills complete your profile

The minimum salary is €77,000 gross per year (on a 40-hour basis), the actual salary depends on qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times a year.
