YOUR TASKS

• You plan, conceptualize, and implement multichannel campaigns – including coordinating advertising materials and marketing measures with agencies and partners
• You analyze campaigns qualitatively and quantitatively and create sales-supporting documents
• You operationally implement PAYBACK system communication, focusing on direct mailing, email marketing, and online advertising materials
• You manage digital measures for the PAYBACK program, coordinate digital advertising spaces and mobile push notifications, and independently conceptualize and book educational app and web spaces
• You ensure the quality of all booked digital advertising spaces in the booking tool, monitor bookings to achieve target requirements, and derive action recommendations for revenue-optimized delivery

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed university studies with a focus on business administration, marketing, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in direct marketing & campaign marketing (print and digital)
• Experience with performance analysis of campaigns and deriving action recommendations
• Project management experience
• Hands-on mentality, initiative, independence, and sense of responsibility
• High degree of goal orientation and self-responsibility
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Very good communication and presentation skills

This position is endowed with an annual gross salary starting at 50,000 euros, depending on your professional experience and qualifications - overpayment is naturally possible depending on professional experience and is market-compliant.
