YOUR TASKS

• Plan, manage, and optimize all marketing activities for the PAYBACK eCommerce marketplace – across channels such as couponing, app, newsletter, print & more
• Derive targeted marketing activities based on solid analysis and implement them effectively
• Ensure smooth execution of all measures in close collaboration with internal teams – from the initial idea to go-live
• Work closely with technical interfaces and manage the further development of marketing spaces for optimal performance
• Monitor marketing activities and advertising spaces within the marketplace, analyze their success, and derive concrete optimization measures
• Keep a clear eye on numbers and impact, track all KPIs, test, optimize, and steer your activities based on data

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in marketing or a comparable qualification
• Experience in cross-channel campaign management and in the eCommerce environment – ideally in platforms or marketplaces
• Data-driven marketing is more than a buzzword for you – you understand KPIs, analyze performance results, and derive solid optimization measures
• Experience working with analytics or campaign tools, such as Adobe Analytics
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style; able to keep an overview and prioritize even with multiple parallel activities
• Strong sense for target group-oriented communication, creative campaign mechanics, and compelling advertising materials
• Enjoy coordinating interfaces, managing processes, and collaborating with internal and external partners on equal footing
• Confident handling of technical topics and tools related to marketing setups, tracking, or interfaces – or willingness to learn
• Proficient in common MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
