Work model: 100% on-site in Munich (5 days/week), including participation in an on-call duty rotation


What this role is about

As an Office Operations Manager (m/f/d), you ensure the smooth operation of our Munich office and make sure our employees have an optimal working environment. You coordinate service providers, manage operational processes, and take ownership of key activities related to facilities, infrastructure, and workplace services. Acting as the central point of contact for all site-related matters, you make a significant contribution to delivering a professional and service-oriented office experience.


Your day-to-day work

  • You are responsible for the operational management of our office location and ensure a functional, safe, and service-oriented working environment for all employees
  • You manage and coordinate external service providers, such as technical facility management, cleaning, catering, and other site services
  • You plan and coordinate maintenance, repairs, upkeep activities, as well as internal office and workplace relocations
  • You are responsible for access management, including badges, keys, and relevant systems, and ensure compliance with all related processes
  • You support audits, internal reviews, and site-related compliance requirements, ensuring proper documentation is maintained
  • You manage inventory and stock levels, participate in an on-call duty rotation, and act as a contact person for disruptions or emergencies at the site


This role is a great fit if …

  • You have several years of professional experience in office management, facility management, or a comparable operational role
  • Alternatively, you have gained experience in upscale hospitality or another service-oriented environment with a high level of operational responsibility
  • You have a strong host and service mindset and enjoy acting as the central point of contact for employees, guests, and service providers
  • You remain calm in a dynamic environment, set priorities confidently, and find pragmatic solutions
  • You possess excellent organizational and communication skills and combine a hands-on mentality with a high level of initiative and commitment
  • You are willing to work on-site on a permanent basis and regularly participate in an on-call duty rota outside of normal office hours
