YOUR TASKS

• You support and advise a PAYBACK partner in day-to-day operations and ensure an existing business relationship through smooth collaboration
• You act as the central interface (“one-stop shop”) for your partner and coordinate all relevant internal departments (e.g., IT, Marketing, Operations, Customer Insights)
• You manage the operational implementation of campaigns and projects with a technical focus – from alignment to execution to reporting
• You identify operational optimization potentials based on data and derive concrete improvement measures
• You are responsible for creating regular reports, analyses, and performance evaluations
• You handle budget tracking, forecast updates as well as the correct billing of implemented measures

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
• You bring relevant professional experience in key account management or project management, preferably with clients from e-commerce, retail, FMCG, consulting, or the sales of complex services
• You have experience in independently managing campaigns, CRM/marketing activities, and cross-functional projects
• You have a strong affinity for numbers and KPIs as well as analytical and structured working skills
• You impress with strong communication and teamwork skills combined with a customer-oriented approach
• You are willing to travel occasionally, especially within Austria and Germany
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
