What this role is about

In this role, you will support the PAYBACK Austria Marketing Team in the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns. You will take on responsibility for your own projects early on and collaborate closely with internal teams, partners, and agencies.


Your day-to-day work

  • You independently manage online campaigns for Austria and other PAYBACK markets.
  • You support the execution of cross-partner marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • You coordinate the online shopping section on the website and in the app.
  • You create campaign performance analyses, identify optimization opportunities, and support content creation for the PAYBACK app.


This role is a good fit for you if…

  • You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field and have a strong interest in marketing.
  • You have already gained some initial practical experience in marketing.
  • You are confident in using MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You work independently, enjoy collaborating in a team environment, and have excellent German language skills.

Compensation

  • Mandatory internship: €1,000 / month
  • Voluntary internship: €2,224 / month
  • Working student (Bachelor): €17 / hour
  • Working student (Master): €20 / hour
