Intern / Working Student Controlling (m/f/d)

Contract Type: Working Student (80 hours/month) or Intern. Ideally starting on September 1 for a period of 18 to 24 months - either as a working student throughout the entire period or by starting as an intern and subsequently transitioning into a working student position.
What this role is about
This position offers you the opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into various areas of controlling while gradually taking responsibility for a subsidiary’s controlling activities under guidance and supervision.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Following a thorough onboarding, you will independently manage the controlling activities for the Holding company.
- Analyze actual costs and identify variances and trends.
- Prepare the monthly forecast and support financial planning activities.
- Review purchase requisitions submitted by the business departments.
- Create ad-hoc analyses and reports for various stakeholders.
- Support the development of budget planning in close collaboration with the business departments.
- Help further develop controlling processes and drive efficiency improvements through automation and AI.
- Support the Sales Controlling team with reporting, analyses, and project work.

Compensation
- Mandatory internship: €1,000 / month
- Voluntary internship: €2,224 / month
- Working student (Bachelor): €17 / hour
- Working student (Master): €20 / hour
