What this role is about

You support the PAYBACK countries across different business areas – from marketing strategy to partner integration, and from product development to innovation.
You are part of the further development of global partners – from country launches to digitalization strategies.
You track all relevant marketing KPIs across the countries and prepare them for various meetings.

Your day-to-day work

You create market analyses to further develop markets, products, and strategies and take an active role in brand management for all PAYBACK countries.
You contribute to the conception and execution of international, digital, and traditional marketing campaigns and support the preparation of decision-making documents related to program strategy.
You assist colleagues with global rollouts, concept development, and campaigns.
You update the most important marketing KPIs each month in Excel and PowerPoint and create reports for various meetings.

This role is a good fit for you if…

You are studying Business Administration, Economics, Communication Sciences, or a comparable degree program and are in an advanced stage of your studies.
Ideally, you have gained initial professional experience in strategic marketing, business development, or product development, and have experience working in an international environment.
You have good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
You possess strong analytical skills and work in a structured manner.
German is your native language, and you have very good English language skills.

Compensation

Mandatory internship: €1,000 / month
Voluntary internship: €2,224 / month
Working student (Bachelor): €17 / hour
Working student (Master): €20 / hour
