Contract type:  Internship (40 hours/week), Start Date: The position is available from mid-August for a minimum duration of 5 months.


Your day-to-day work

  • You support the operational management of PAYBACK partner companies
  • You contribute to campaign analysis, evaluate results, and independently maintain weekly and monthly reports
  • You assist in the initiation, planning, implementation, and completion of strategic and technical PAYBACK (partner) projects
  • You work with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to conduct analyses, prepare content, and help optimize operational processes
  • You independently conduct research and create presentations for internal and external workshops


This role is a good fit for you if…

  • You are currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Media Management, or a comparable degree program
  • You have already gained initial practical experience through internships or working student positions
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of online marketing, digital media, and/or project management
  • You are familiar with standard Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
  • You work in a structured and independent manner and are highly motivated
  • Your strong communication skills are reflected in your excellent German and good English language skills

Compensation

  • Mandatory internship: €1,000 / month
  • Voluntary internship: €2,224 / month
  • Working student (Bachelor): €17 / hour
  • Working student (Master): €20 / hour
