What this role is about 

In this role, you will support our team in the further development and marketing of digital products within the PAYBACK app ecosystem. You will work on exciting projects in the areas of Mobile Innovation, App Marketing, and Business Analytics while gaining valuable insights into PAYBACK’s digital transformation journey.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Support the team in daily operations as well as strategic projects related to Mobile Innovation, App Marketing, and push notification campaigns.
• Contribute to the conception, implementation, and optimization of app marketing activities aimed at increasing user engagement and customer loyalty.
• Create reports and analyses, derive actionable recommendations, and prepare results for stakeholders.
• Assist with forecasting activities and monthly billing processes.
• Independently coordinate interfaces with internal and external stakeholders and help ensure smooth processes and collaboration.
• Gain insights into PAYBACK’s digitalization strategy as well as the areas of project management, analytics, sales, and product development.

This role is a great fit for you if...

• You are studying Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field and have completed at least your third semester.
• Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience through internships or vocational training.
• You have a strong analytical mindset, enjoy working with numbers, and are interested in data analysis.
• You have solid MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
• You have very good German language skills (at least B2 level).
• You are passionate about digital topics, apps, and innovative technologies.
• You enjoy working independently and would like to be part of a dynamic team.
