What this role is about

As an Intern / Working Student in Online Marketing, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of target group-oriented marketing campaigns within the PAYBACK online environment. You will analyze campaign results, collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, and gain hands-on experience with modern marketing tools and data-driven campaign management.

Your day-to-day work

You support the planning, execution, and management of target group and customer-specific marketing campaigns.
You contribute to quality assurance and the optimization of campaign processes, coordinating advertising materials and content with various internal and external stakeholders.
You analyze campaign performance using Adobe Analytics and derive recommendations for future campaign activities.
You work with common marketing and collaboration tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and ThoughtSpot.

This role is a good fit for you if…

You are studying Business Administration, Economics, Media Studies, or a related field and have an interest in marketing.
You have an affinity for media, e-commerce, and digital applications and ideally have already gained some practical experience.
You are confident in using standard Microsoft Office applications.
You have a creative, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset, along with very good German and English language skills.

Compensation

Mandatory internship: €1,000 / month
Voluntary internship: €2,224 / month
Working student (Bachelor): €17 / hour
Working student (Master): €20 / hour
