The position is ideally to be filled as soon as possible for a minimum of 1 Year.
The position is designed for a workload of 80 hours per month.


YOUR TASKS


Become part of our team and get to know the diverse PAYBACK online ecosystem. You will work closely with both our Online Shopping and Rewards Shop teams and contribute your own ideas and approaches in a variety of exciting and dynamic tasks.

 

  • You plan, develop, and manage target group– and customer-specific marketing campaigns
  • You ensure and optimize the quality of campaign processes and coordinate with internal and external interfaces
  • You support analyses to evaluate campaign performance
  • You independently take ownership of project topics and act as a central point of contact for all relevant stakeholders
  • You work with common marketing tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and Thoughtspot
  • You support the maintenance, management, and further development of our marketing channels (app & web)
  • You research and create content for marketing campaigns and support targeted campaign execution

 

YOUR PROFILE


  • You are enrolled in a degree program in business administration, economics, media studies, ideally with a focus on eCommerce or marketing, or a comparable field of study 
  • You have a strong affinity for digital media and ideally already gained initial experience in online marketing and/or eCommerce 
  • You enjoy working creatively, are detail-oriented, and have a quick grasp of new topics 
  • Large datasets do not intimidate you, and you enjoy deriving actionable insights from them 
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
  • You have a reliable, independent working style and enjoy working in a young and motivated team 
  • You are fluent in German and have strong English skills, both written and spoken

COMPENSATION

  • Mandatory internship: €1,000 / month
  • Voluntary internship: €2,224 / month
  • Working student (Bachelor): €17 / hour
  • Working student (Master): €20 / hour
