What this role is about

As a Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d), you ensure the smooth execution of our partner campaigns and the efficient operation of our core business processes. With your analytical mindset and strong understanding of data, systems, and workflows, you identify optimization opportunities, drive automation initiatives, and actively shape the evolution of our Sales Operations function.


Your day-to-day work

  • You support our PAYBACK partners in the operational execution of their campaigns and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Using data analysis and KPIs, you identify optimization opportunities and process issues, continuously improving our operational workflows.
  • You actively drive the automation of operational processes and support the implementation of new systems and workflows.
  • In close collaboration with Analytics, Product, and other stakeholders, you define requirements and enhance operational processes.
  • You act as a subject matter expert within the team and support colleagues with complex questions and challenges.
  • As a key interface between PAYBACK partner companies, Sales, and internal teams, you ensure transparent and efficient communication.



This role is a great fit for you if...

  • You have experience in an operations-related environment, such as order management, sales support, or a similar function, and enjoy working at the intersection of processes, systems, and stakeholders.
  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification and are fluent in German with good English language skills.
  • You think data-driven and derive concrete optimization measures from analyses and insights.
  • You enjoy challenging existing processes and proactively driving improvements.
  • You quickly familiarize yourself with new tools, systems, and technical concepts.
  • Ideally, you have already worked on automation or process digitization projects.
  • You approach complex situations in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way.
  • You communicate confidently with a variety of stakeholders, ranging from operational contacts to technical teams.
