What this role is all about

Would you like to actively shape the digital future of our company? As a Senior Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d)  - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC), you are the central interface between business, IT, and external Service providers. You further develop our ERP landscape, optimize processes, leverage innovative technologies such as AI, and ensure that Business Central delivers sustainable value for our business departments.


Your day-to-day work

  • You are responsible for the further development and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment
  • You analyze business processes and identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and efficiency improvements
  • You advise business departments and translate requirements into sustainable technical solutions
  • You create technical concepts and manage implementation together with internal and external partners
  • You use modern AI tools to reduce efforts and improve the user experience
  • You plan and support releases, updates, and ERP projects, including testing and quality assurance
  • You manage change requests, develop key users, and conduct training sessions for end users


This role is a great fit for you if ...

  • You have a degree, vocational training, or a comparable qualification in IT, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • You have several years of professional experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • You possess solid knowledge of business processes as well as relevant Business Central modules
  • You have experience in process analysis, customizing, testing, and release management
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of AL and/or Power BI
  • You have successfully used modern AI tools for analysis, development, or process optimization
  • You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and communicate confidently with business departments, IT teams, and external partners
