What this role is about

Do you want your analyses to have a direct impact on strategic decisions? In this role, you will be responsible for HR Controlling across the PAYBACK Group and create transparency around key workforce metrics, planning, and developments. As a sparring partner for leadership and management teams, you will provide data-driven insights for decision-making and continuously develop our reporting landscape.


Your day-to-day work

  • You are responsible for HR Controlling and act as the central point of contact for HR related topics like metrics / analyses
  • You manage monthly reporting as well as forecasts, budget planning, and ad hoc analyses
  • You continuously develop our reporting structures, KPI frameworks, and data quality
  • You create transparency around workforce metrics and derive recommendations for strategic decisions
  • You prepare the monthly key report on the financial performance of the PAYBACK Group and identify optimization opportunities across processes and systems



This role is a great fit for you if ...

  • You bring several years of experience in Controlling, ideally in HR Controlling or Personnel Controlling
  • You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
  • You own strong analytical skills, quickly grasp complex interrelationships, and work in a structured manner
  • You have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and ideally experience with IBM Cognos TM1, Planning Analytics, Dynamics NAV/Business Central, or VBA
  • You communicate confidently in both German and English and enjoy collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
