YOUR TASKS

  • You actively support the development of a long-term strategy for our banking partner and assist in the preparation of offers
  • You prepare high-quality presentations at management level and present the content convincingly to the partner
  • You are responsible for managing partner-specific (tech) projects and collaborating with internal specialists from the areas of Product & Tech, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and Legal
  • Together with the team, you develop cross-channel concepts and campaigns (digital/analog) for customer acquisition, retention, and development based on created analyses and reports
  • You manage offer processes, take over negotiations, and successfully lead them to completion
  • You focus on further development and derive meaningful action recommendations based on created reports


YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a completed university degree in economics/business administration or a comparable vocational training
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in business development, consulting, project management, key account management, or a similar position and ideally have experience working with demanding partners
  • You have already gained project experience or have led and implemented projects yourself
  • You are able to quickly grasp, evaluate, and derive concrete measures from complex issues
  • Communication is your strength, you always have the customer perspective in mind, and you bring a service-oriented mentality
  • You count a pronounced hands-on mentality among your strengths
  • You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
