YOUR TASKS

  • You are technically responsible for the management and implementation of 1st & 2nd level support / operations requests with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC, EASY and SaaS tools used by us
  • You will also be responsible for finding solutions to incoming support cases and support the team with your expert knowledge
  • You organize and take responsibility for change request management for all HR and SaaS tools we support
  • You are in close contact with our key users/product owners and also manage our IT service providers in the context of the applications for which you are responsible
  • You are responsible for the compliance and implementation of compliance processes, as well as the creation and updating of the necessary documentation


YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable training
  • You gained at least 5 years of professional experience in application support and development of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC as well as several years of experience in application support in EASY
  • Sound application & process knowledge paired with technical understanding are basic building blocks for your job and characterize you, knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud & server technology is an advantage
  • You have a high sense of responsibility and integrity, as well as a structured and independent way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
