YOUR TASKS
- On the one hand, you are responsible for leading and developing an engaged team, and on the other hand, for the overall account performance as well as the associated projects including P&L responsibility
- You ensure long-term partner satisfaction and the identification of growth opportunities for our major key accounts. In this context, you take the lead in negotiations concerning strategies, content, and pricing, as well as in conducting meetings and delivering presentations at C-level
- You develop and implement (CRM) strategies for our partners and drive their digitalization forward
- You design target-group-specific CRM measures to promote new customer acquisition and customer loyalty, and you use data and reports to evaluate these measures and derive corresponding recommendations for action
- You ensure efficient workflows, including the continuous improvement and standardization of internal processes
- You manage the implementation of complex IT projects and the collaboration with numerous internal and external specialists
YOUR PROFILE
- You have solid experience in key account management or consulting (ideally with a focus on CRM or marketing), including several years of leadership experience, and you hold a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- You can operate confidently across different hierarchy levels up to C-level and bring a high degree of negotiation and presentation skills
- Many years of experience in managing cross-functional projects and working with various stakeholders, including coordination within and with committees, distinguish you
- You combine strategic strength and operational implementation capability with a pronounced entrepreneurial mindset, strong willingness to shape, and clear result orientation
- You possess strong expertise in omnichannel strategies and have already demonstrated your digital know-how in numerous projects
- A high degree of decisiveness as well as strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers round off your profile
