YOUR TASKS

  • You take on the functional and disciplinary leadership of a team currently consisting of eight people
  • You are responsible for the partner-specific marketing activities and strategies of PAYBACK’s largest partners in stationary retail
  • Your strategic approaches are characterized by maximum results orientation – while always keeping partner requirements in mind
  • You design campaigns and measures for loyalty as well as the development of customers (groups) in cross-functional teams; in doing so, you understand channel-specific characteristics from ATL to BTL and evaluate marketing processes holistically
  • You manage your projects based on performance KPIs and prepare them in a target-group-oriented manner; for example, you also create presentations for C-level audiences


YOUR PROFILE

  • You have already successfully led, inspired, and coached teams both functionally and disciplinarily
  • You have completed a university degree with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of solid professional experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, or related areas
  • A very senior presence, assertiveness, strategic thinking, as well as service and results orientation distinguish you
  • You master all processes related to marketing channels offline, online, and mobile – from target group definition to performance evaluation
  • You are confident in working with BI tools (ThoughtSpot), Excel, data-driven reporting, and PowerPoint
  • Your decisions are based on data, while at the same time you show courage for creative experiments
  • You are visionary and at the same time characterized by a strong hands-on mentality
