YOUR TASK

You will support the Customer Service team in identifying, analysing and processing possible cases of fraud
You process enquiries from the police, public prosecutors and other authorities
You support quality management
You will work on process optimisation, knowledge management and other projects

YOUR PROFILE

You are studying in Munich and are interested in the field of customer service
You are familiar with MS Office programmes, especially PowerPoint and Excel
You work in a structured and independent manner
You are creative, a team player and flexible
You have a very good command of German, as you also process enquiries from authorities, among other things
