What this role is about

As a Working Student in Contract Management and Data Protection (m/f/d), you will support our team with administrative tasks while helping to maintain and further develop key company processes. You will take early responsibility for your own topics, contribute to cross-functional projects, and help drive transparent and efficient decision-making through analysis, reporting, and process optimization. In addition, you will serve as a point of contact for internal colleagues, helping to ensure a smooth and professional contract management process.


Your day-to-day work

  • You gain valuable insights into contract management, data protection, and risk management within an international company.
  • You take early ownership of your own topics and collaborate closely with various departments.
  • You support projects related to contracts, data protection, and process optimization, and contribute your own ideas.
  • You create reports and analyses to support transparent decision-making and efficient processes.
  • You work with modern digital tools and learn how AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot are used for research, analysis, and process optimization.
  • You actively contribute to the further development of our processes, systems, and ways of working.

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, law, humanities, or a comparable field.
  • You have an interest in contract management, data protection, governance, or risk management.
  • You are quick to understand digital tools and enjoy exploring new technologies and AI applications.
  • You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.
  • You enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and can communicate complex topics clearly.
  • You have very good German skills and ideally a good command of English.

Compensation

  • Mandatory internship: €1,000 / month
  • Voluntary internship: €2,224 / month
  • Working student (Bachelor): €17 / hour
  • Working student (Master): €20 / hour
