PAYBACK GROUP

• You support our Marketing & Sales team in collaborating with banking and insurance partners and work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Analytics, and Sales Operations.
• You contribute to the planning, booking, and execution of campaign activities and coordinate the necessary alignment with relevant internal stakeholders.
• You prepare evaluation, strategy, and review meetings with external partners and create meaningful PowerPoint presentations for partner and management meetings.
• You support the preparation of proposals, pricing calculations, and the onboarding and further development of partners.
• You create and maintain regular reports on marketing and sales KPIs such as visits, leads, sales, conversion rate, and other performance metrics, and derive recommendations for action from them.
• You work with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to conduct analyses, prepare content, and make operational processes more efficient.
• You contribute your own ideas for campaign concepts and support the further development of our partner activities.

• You enjoy working with different stakeholders and like developing solutions together with external partners and internal teams.
• You can organize multiple tasks in parallel, for example preparing a partner meeting, coordinating a campaign, and updating reports.
• You are interested in numbers and would like to understand how KPIs such as visits, leads, sales, and conversion rate are analyzed to measure the success of marketing and sales activities.
• You enjoy presenting information in a clear and structured way, for example in PowerPoint presentations for partner reviews or management decisions.
• You are confident using common Microsoft Office applications or would like to further develop your Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• You are curious about digital tools and AI applications and would like to learn how they can be used for analyses, presentations, research, and meeting preparation.
• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Media Management, or a comparable field of study.
