The position is ideally to be filled from autumn.

YOUR TASKS

• You support the creation of employment contracts together with another working student 
• You support the onboarding of new employees 
• You are responsible for obtaining, checking and filing important documents relating to the employment relationship (e.g. enrollment certificates and work permits)
• You are the main point of contact for checking and filing working time records
• You support the HR team with other administrative HR tasks such as filing documents 

YOUR PROFILE

• You are studying economics, psychology or have a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you already have some work experience
• You are motivated to gain experience in HR and work independently
• You work in a structured, conscientious manner and take responsibility for your area
• You have experience in using MS Office tools
• Your German and English skills are very good
