The position is ideally to be filled from July for a duration of 5 to 6 months.


YOUR TASKS

  • You support the PAYBACK market research team in conducting market research studies
  • You process and respond to customer inquiries related to market research studies
  • You analyze data using Excel and SPSS and prepare market research results in PowerPoint
  • You organize individual project steps and work on them independently
  • You code open-ended responses from standardized surveys


YOUR PROFILE

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, social sciences, psychology, statistics, or a comparable field
  • You have a strong interest in empirical market and social research as well as in marketing and customer loyalty programs
  • Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience with empirical research methods
  • You are highly motivated and work carefully and in a structured manner
  • You are familiar with MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • You are articulate in German and also have a good command of English

COMPENSATION

  • Mandatory internship: €1,000 / month
  • Voluntary internship: €2,224 / month
  • Working student (Bachelor): €17 / hour
  • Working student (Master): €20 / hour
