The position is ideally to be filled as of April and for at least 6 months.
Are you passionate about Recruiting & Talent Acquisition and want to put your theoretical knowledge into practice? With us, you will familiarise yourself with the recruiting process from A to Z and support our team throughout the entire operational recruiting process.
YOUR TASK
- You manage our central applicant tracking system and independently coordinate job interviews
- You prepare new employment contracts and ensure that the entire process runs smoothly
- You create a positive candidate experience with your open and professional communication style and serve as an internal interface to colleagues across all departments
- You take ownership of exciting HR projects after your onboarding and actively support our operational recruiting activities
- You contribute to continuously improving and streamlining our HR processes with your attention to detail and structured way of working
YOUR PROFILE
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally with an HR focus, and you are available to support us for at least 6 months
- You have initial experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition/Recruiting – a plus, but not required
- You structure your work and tasks very well
- You think in a solution-oriented way and proactively contribute your own ideas to the team
- You enjoy communicating with candidates and colleagues – both in German and in English
- You bring practical experience in working with MS Office
