The position is ideally to be filled as soon as possible.
The position is designed for a workload of 60 to 80 hours per month.

YOUR TASKS

• You will coordinate a wide range of licensing issues (from determining requirements to ordering and filing) with contacts in various departments and at different hierarchical levels, e.g., IT, purchasing, legal, and controlling
• You will support the continuous improvement of our operational license management processes
• You will be responsible for documenting, filing, and archiving current and new software contracts
• You will work independently in the software asset management tool (entering and transferring commercial data and mapping usage data)

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a registered student, ideally in a degree program with a focus on economics, law, humanities, computer science, or a comparable field
• You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner
• You see new topics not only as a challenge, but also as an opportunity for further development
• You contribute your own ideas for improving processes
• You have strong communication skills, are a team player, and are assertive
• You are familiar with common MS Office programs and can quickly learn how to use other systems (ERP, contract archive, etc.)
