This position is available immediately and is limited to 2 years. While we can’t guarantee anything, we always aim to continue working together beyond that!

YOUR TASKS

• You strategically manage PAYBACK online partners and drive their development by actively identifying and leveraging new growth opportunities
• You define KPIs, measure and continuously optimize them, and develop a performance dashboard that creates real value for the team
• You discover new opportunities through market, industry, and competitor analyses and turn these insights into strategic development plans for your partners
• In your role, you collaborate with various internal teams and ensure that data-driven decisions are truly embedded in daily operations
• You take responsibility for budget, forecasting, and results, and ensure partner goals are met through consistent monitoring
• You regularly present your results and recommendations in business reviews – convincing both internal stakeholders and partners

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a degree in Business, Data Analytics, or Marketing Intelligence
• You bring several years of experience in account management, business analytics, or performance marketing
• You understand digital business models, KPIs, and marketing efficiency and can translate complex data into clear strategies
• You have strong analytical skills, work confidently with reporting and BI tools, and can turn complex data into actionable business strategies
• You think strategically and solution-oriented, aligning partners and internal stakeholders toward common goals
• You communicate persuasively – both in detail and at management level
