YOUR TASKS
- You find the solution to incoming 1st and 2nd level support cases and are flexible in finding solutions. If necessary, you have access to our 3rd level support from the manufacturers or our internal experts
- You communicate effectively in English and/or German with your internal customers and service providers
- Technical expertise and clear solution communication go hand in hand for you
- Adherence to and implementation of compliance processes is a matter of course for you
- You keep our technical and procedural documentation up to date
YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable training
- You have several years of professional experience (> 3 years) in application support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central and are also open to supporting other SaaS tools that we support
- You are characterized by helpfulness, strong communication skills and solution orientation
- You have a high sense of responsibility and integrity as well as a structured and independent way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
