YOUR TASKS

• You support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of strategic projects and events and take on a classic PMO role
• You are responsible for managing and executing administrative company processes
• You take care of the careful management and maintenance of accounts and assets
• You are responsible for the management and care of our VIP boxes
• You handle ad-hoc requests from management and create PowerPoint presentations
• You work with a variety of stakeholders and master the rules of effective communication
• You appreciate the mix of variety and routine by reliably completing recurring tasks and flexibly responding to new requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed studies in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship
• Initial relevant experience in a comparable role
• Professional demeanor and trustworthy handling of sensitive information
• Strong communication skills and very good English skills
• Structured and forward-thinking working style paired with organizational talent
• High service orientation and reliability
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft365 and initial experience with AI tools like Copilot
